Global Customer Service

For our tobacco customers, we provide customer service through five centralized office locations in the eastern U.S., Belgium, Austria, Holland and China, for access and coverage around the world at any time. Each service representative receives extensive product and service training, and must fluently speak several languages.

We also position technical service representatives throughout the regions where we do business. These experienced professionals are trained to identify and help rectify any technical issues that may arise within printing or filling processes. Supply Chain Experience

In 2008, we successfully delivered containerized freight to more than 80 countries around the world. As the tenth largest exporter in the United States, we export over 65 percent of our tobacco board overseas. With this capability of reliably delivering product to almost any location in the world, combined with experience and capacity, MWV is uniquely positioned to provide better service and response wherever you may be located.
