Features and Benefits

• The Room Sentry® has a LCD monitor that shows real time temperature, relative humidity, room pressurization and corrosivity of the protected space.
• It provides a 4-20 mA or 0- 10VDC output for each monitored parameter to allow facility-wide monitoring of protected spaces from a central location.
• The Room Sentry is designed to accept either 24 VAC or 24 VDC power. An optional 110 VAC to 24 VDC transformer is available for powering the Room Sentry.
• The Room Sentry is provided with a ¼” compression fitting on the side to facilitate installation of tubing that is run from outside of the protected space to determine the room pressurization.
• Facilities can easily install the Room Sentry on the wall in a protected space using the two mounting holes on the back of the unit.
• The MWV Room Sentry will ensure that any interruption in corrosion protection is immediately detected and can be corrected.

 

About MWV Vapor Adsorbers

The MWV Vapor Adsorber is designed to control the harmful effects of low concentrations of corrosive gases in computer rooms, motor control centers, motor cooling processes, electrical control rooms and odor control applications. Using a special grade of NUCHAR® granular activated carbon (pellet units) or Honeycomb Matrix (HM™) activated carbon (HM™ units), the vapor adsorber will stop the corrosive damage to process control equipment and eliminate the odors that affect environmental air quality.

Unlike other systems, MWV systems include comprehensive followup service with regular inspection of both the equipment and the space(s) that the equipment protects. In addition, the installation of the Room Sentry is a key component to ensure and validate continuous protection.

 

 

A rigorous follow-up service program is key to the ongoing success of our corrosion control systems. Our technical representatives will visit your facility on a regular basis to ensure the health of your systems.
