Carbons for Capacitors
With our wood-based activated carbon as the key ingredient, our capacitors can have increased energy and power density for a wide range of applications including consumer electronics, automobiles, water purification, utility applications and renewable energy sources such as wind, solar and water.
Our carbons provide many distinct capabilities:
- Efficient electrical energy storage and rapid charge/discharge for the automotive industry
- A longer lifecycle to ensure continuous and uninterrupted power sources for wind turbine systems
- Ability to bridge the gap in uninterruptible power systems for utility industries
We offer two carbons for aqueous capacitors, each offering its own unique characteristics for your energy solution needs. We have developed high purity, high performance versions of these carbons for organic capacitor applications. We have also developed a high performance alkali activated carbon that gives excellent performance in high end organic capacitor applications. We are currently looking for partners who are interested in working together on commercial applications.
