MWare® paperboard for takeout pressed trays are primary fiber SBS-based and can be coated with a variety of traditional polymers that improve functionality and thermal stability.

MWare paperboards for pressed trays are ideal for frozen meals, deli trays, grocery store or convenience store fresh meals, bakery applications and more. Our high-performance barrier coatings are suitable for freezer to oven and withstand temperatures up to 400° F or 205° C.

Coating Options

Use of PET provides for trays that can be sealed, frozen, heated, reheated and maintain package integrity up to 400° F.
