Features and Benefits

Moisture Resistance
Outstanding moisture resistance and wet durability make Custom Kote Shrimp Base paperboard ideal for frozen and refrigerated seafood packaging applications. It is the ultimate solution for products that will be subject to freeze-thaw cycles and humidity fluctuation while maintaining structural integrity of the package.

Single Sheet
When compared to competitive products that use two boards laminated together, Custom Kote Shrimp Base paperboard boasts a seven to ten percent yield advantage. Additional benefits include productivity gains and reduced waste throughout the converting and packaging processes.

White Front and Back
A white-pigmented poly coating on the unbleached side offers two pure, white surfaces to enhance the appearance of the seafood product.

Recycled Fiber Content
It is produced with up to 26 percent recycled fiber; from three to twelve percent pre-consumer and from seven to fourteen post-consumer for purposes of source reduction.
