What is the Leadership Associate Program?

We're looking for talented and ambitious MBA or advanced degree graduates to take part in a rewarding, two-year program that provides exposure to business challenges and a variety of assignments across different areas of our business.

Requirements

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
  • Fluency in English and another language
  • Business and finance experience
  • Project management skills
  • Experience living or working outside of home country
  • Exceptional leadership abilities
