MBA or relevant advanced degree

Strong academic performance

4+ years of professional experience

Strong interest in developing your professional career in a manufacturing-oriented business
- US Leadership Associate Program: Fluency in English + second language or willingness to learn
- European Leadership Associate Program: Fluency in English + another European language (CEE languages an advantage)
- International mobility
- Cross-culturally aware and adaptable, ideally with previous experience living or working outside your home country
- Excellent project management, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to take initiative
- Proven financial acumen combined with practical business experience
- Flexibility to adapt to new situations and environments
- Strong interpersonal skills, a true team player
