Cluster-Pak® wrap style cartons offer a cost-effective way to maximize a brand’s billboard space for product details, while providing an easy to use, open and carry multipak.

Design OptionsWe can design Cluster-Pak to include a full side as in our Cluster-Side® option, or with a small added panel so when the product is placed on the side, the packaging still distingishes the brand.

Are you worried about mulitpacks being scanned as an individual bottle or can? We offer bar code coverage to eliminate this concern. An "over the crown of the bottle" type design maximizes billboard space while a neck through design provides a lower cost option.

Locking Design that Requires No GluingThe Cluster-Pak® wrap carton has mechanical locks and semi-automatic loading. This industry proven design eliminates hot melt from your operation. No gluing is required—for production efficiencies on the line.

Carefully-Chosen Materials: Carrier Kote®For our Cluster-Pak cartons, we use our Carrier Kote® Coated Natural Kraft® paperboard. Carrier Kote is strong even when wet, reducing the chance that the carton could break.

Carrier Kote is a thinner caliper but because of its superior strength, has characteristics similar to higher-caliper competitive paperboards. Lower calipers mean a lower paperboard weight and higher yield, reducing manufacturer costs. Carrier Kote also offers excellent offset print quality, with sharper, clearer graphics on the pack, and is recyclable in some recycling plants.
