Unique Design
Our flexiTECH™ packaging has a innovative internal support constrution that strengthens the carton and eliminates the need for tertiary packaging, and a perforated end that easily opens to dispense beverage pouches. It was created in conjunction with a state-of-the-art machine to create an extremely fast and efficient beverage pouch packaging system.

Exceptional Printing and Design Options
The flexiTECH pack offers more billboard space for product promotion, and is excellent for die-cutting, folding and gluing. Graphic design is available through the customer or outside vendor, MWV can print on flexiTECH packaging on offset equipment. Low cost printing plates are available to satisfy multiple copy needs.

ConvertingflexiTECH packaging is shipped flat and unglued to the customer. It is a low cost, high speed option. Relatively high printing speeds and relatively low cost combined with excellent quality make flexiTECH packaging an excellent choice.

FillingOur flexiTECH pack uses our servo-driven flexiTECH™ machine, designed and built by MWV. We lease the machine, install it and train our customers how to operate and maintain it. Its speed is 600 ppm nominal, and it is available with two-lane, left- or right-hand in-feed conveyors.

Carefully Chosen Materials: Carrier Kote®
Our flexiTECH packaging is made from 27 pt. Coated Natural Kraft® and Carrier Kote®. Carrier Kote is strong even when wet, to ensure package integrity across the entire distribution process. Board strength supports larger multiples.

Carrier Kote is a thinner caliper but because of its superior strength, has characteristics similar to higher-caliper competitive paperboards. Lower calipers mean a lower paperboard weight and higher yield, reducing manufacturer costs. Carrier Kote also offers excellent offset print quality, with sharper, clearer graphics on the pack, and is recyclable in some recycling plants.
