Career History

Mr. Cross joined MWV in 2006 as senior vice president, Emerging Markets, and transitioned to his current role in 2007.  Mr. Cross is responsible for MWV’s Home & Garden, Beauty & Personal Care, Beverage and Tobacco strategic business units (SBU) as well as our emerging market strategy with particular emphasis on Asia. Prior to joining MWV, Mr. Cross served as senior vice president and group president responsible for the Latin America and Asia-Pacific regions for JohnsonDiversey, Inc., a leading global provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions.  He then became president of the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. Prior to JohnsonDiversey, Mr. Cross spent 24 years with the Kimberly-Clark Corporation holding a variety of marketing and general management positions in North America and Europe, culminating in his leadership of Kimberly-Clark Professional. Mr. Cross’ strategic vision supports MWV’s commitment to being a global leader of packaging and packaging solution for customers.
